Lemme get this straight..... this guy admits to have having a connection at the government who is purchasing radios with government discount pricing and selling them to him (a non-dealer, individual person) who is then selling them on eBay?

So many things are fundamentally suspicious about that radio. And for the record here, we're talking about this item on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/291919373280 Like escomm said, why is a radio 4 months old for sale on eBay? It's not in your flash code. Put the radio in service mode to see if the hardware is installed. If so, you can purchase the Bluetooth flash upgrade for about $175 (or thereabouts, depending on the dealer you buy from)

Mine arrived today. Noteworthy findings: All of Motorola's product pages and spec sheets no longer show the all-green mode. They only show the black/green sandwich version. Did they ditch the all green model? I also noticed the green isn't as "high impact" as the green XE RSM. There's a no...

It doesn't need to be digital channel. It works for conventional analog as well, however, there's no "signal bars" meter at the top left like on a trunking system. When not in scan mode, it'll show an RSSI number, but unless you have the conversion memorized, it's relatively useless. This ...

APX7000 or 8000. They both have 1 watt audio output. The 6000 and 4000 are OK at 0.5 watt audio, but you have to crank up the volume almost all the way to get really loud audio on them. The 1 watt audio is impressive.

It should definitely be a tight secure fit. When you drop the apx8000 into the holder there is a distinctive click that last CDs it into place. "Pair-n-go" just means you pair the WRSM to the radio. The mapping of the buttons still depends on what the codeplug has for the settings in "Radio Ergonomics Configuration --> Controls --> Accessory Buttons". So go there and check your codeplug.
