What's a P60, xtal or programmable?

I think you mean a "P50" the P50's are crystal controlled and I think the PL is set with DIP switches. The P50+ is crystal controlled and are PL/DPL programmable thru it's own RSS.

Looks like the same radio as the P50/P50+ just a different name.

That is the same as the p50+. Only the plus had the keypad. It also has kwik kall II. You can usually tell if it's the low power (2 watt) version just by looking at it, but it's kind of hard to tell from that picture because they are in the charger. The high power models are taller.

Strange though how the big sticker says radius and the model number, but in the US, they say motorola up top and the model at the bottom. If it was a US model, I'd gues it had been recased/refurbished.
