Minitor 3 RSS problem

I just received the programming RSS from Motorola on Friday. I go to install it and once I go and read the licence agreement it goes to the accept and install portion. When I hit enter like it says it does nothing. I have tried this on a slower computer and still nothing. Anyone got any ideas?

It did not work. I got the title on top of the screen then it gives my my prompt back. Any other Ideas?
