Horn ring on 97 Suburban

Post by Pj »

Where can I easily tap into the horn ring on a 1997 Suburban. I don't like to play with OEM wiring, on any help would be great.

In the steering column harness, there is a #20 BLACK wire. This is the horn lead. GND to blow the horn.

Unfortunately, you have to tie into OEM wiring for this.

Connect to the vehicle end of the column harness in case the column needs removed some day.
