Havis Consolidator and an ICOM 706MKIIG

Does anyone know if Havis makes a braket for the Icom 706 style radio? If so, whats the model number. Also, which havis dealer has the cheapest prices?

Maybe you could use the Icom remote plate and mount it directly to a blank plate? I'm basically doing the same install with a Havis consolidator and a 1st generation 706. I figure that would allow the transceiver to be remote mounted where it can get extra air to cool.
