Logging Recorder Recommendations

Post by kurt meltzer »

Can anyone recommend a relatively inexpensive digital logging recorder for use by a private security company? Don't need any more than 4 channels. Omincron offers one in the under $5000 price range (Total Recall series) which looks like it might fit the bill. If anyone has had any experience (good or bad) with Omnicron loggers, please let me know. I'm also interested in any other sources for such a logger. A small, self contained, desktop-type device, easy to operate and not requiring networking to a computer, would be a plus for this customer. Thanks.

Look up Eventide. I think they're still in business and at one time they were THE industry standard.
