Photos of radio installs in VW Jetta?

Does anyone have any photos of installs in a VW Jetta (later models, like 00-04), along with any tips?

I wish I had taken pics of my friend's. We installed an X9000 in the trunk with a trunk mount lip. Mounted the head in the glove box.

Did you use any specific trunk-lip mount? I'm trying to help my friend plan an install in his Jetta. He tried a trunk-lip mount (Larsen, I think) and it wouldn't fit.

I'll ask him what model it was, whatever it was didn't fit on his "new" BMW and now I think he has a larsen. It might have been a modified Antennex model. I recall him saying he modified the bottom part of it. If he was online now I'd ask him, I'll hit him up tomorrow.

I talked to him and found his jetta was a '99 ( I could've sworn it was a 00). He also didn't know the model mount as he got it used off fleabay. He said it was just a generic trunk mount that be bent and grinded a bit and it fit perfect. Said he took a little bit off where it goes between the trunk and the rear quarter panel. Sorry I couldn't help more
