I dug up an old Bendix/King UCOM disk tonight. For those who aren't familiar a UCOM is a Universal Communications Options Module add on board made for the King EPH series hand held radios. It's basically a super capable multi signalling options board. I noticed a file called MODAT. I selected the MODAT programming option and found a list of what appears to be the MODAT signalling tones arranged by their numerical value 0 through 9.
I though this may be of some interest to some MODAT fans here. It may even by common knowledge but I've never seen a list of the actual tones until now:
Does this appear to be in the range of what may be used for the tones? I copied it from the software.
0= 0637
1= 0787
2= 0937
3= 1087
4= 1237
5= 1387
6= 1537
7= 1687
8= 1837
9= 1987
For those who may be interested the file is in the yahoo group BKradio files section and is called UCOM.

- What radios do you own?: More than I can count
those funny boxes
they could be (gasp) speed call boxes sounds like DTMF or the could be running Dinets (white box about 6" x 8" with stat
us buttons) dinets use FSK data for status & PTT ID not quite the same as MDC 1200 but can be mistaken for that by the casual listener JD

I have tried both the Bendix King and the Transcript Intl MODAT modules. They sounded somewhat similar to the real McCoy, but yet not exactly the same. Also, neither of them would work with my MODAT terminal. You can find the exact MODAT frequency tones, durations and spacing times for MODAT in the Micor MODAT manual. This info can also be found in the MODAT Systems90 box manual.
