I have a standard Jotto-Desk in my car which does the job quite nicely. After affixing the mount to the floor of the car, it is rock solid. Definitely heavy duty construction.

I to use the Jotto Desk but the last two I have seen that are even better are the Havis Shield that use the existing seat bolts on the front of your passengers seat. If you need a price call Ken at 314-533-9344 ext. 226. Tell him you got his number from a here and he will give you a price. IF you are a police officer let him know the department. Police prices are better.

I have one of the jottodesk ones. I harldy every use it, I didn't like it all that much.

Still have it somewhere if someone wants one. I would be happy to part ways with it. I still have the floor mount in the truck for it, but I could never get it to hold in place the way i wanted it to, and it was too low for my liking.
