Model (SV7000) ??? VHF Portable

Hi,
Can anyone can shed some light on the following "unknown" VHF portable radio.
6 Ch, synthesised, VHF high band.
The only marking on the portable is the model no: 7000 and a logo that looks like a radio transmitter mast. The NiCad battery pack has a model no: SB700
Both the TRX PCB and logic board are marked SV7000
The programming port is located on the top right hand side directly opposite the BNC antenna socket, is circular with a six pin female socket.
