Buick LaSabre wig-wags anyone?
One of my friends just got a 2002 Buick LaSabre and wants me to do the lights for him. My main concern with this vehicle is wig-wags. It has DRL's and automatic headlights. I haven't started poking with a meter yet because I am afraid of what I will find. Has anyone here ever put wig-wags on this car??

Me: "What exactly is a 900Mhz UHF CB?"
Them: "A very nice CB at 900Mhz speed!"

You can do it.
My part time department uses the Buick Century for detective cars - they have DRL's, auto headlights and all have high beam flashers.
They are a relay driven flasher, as you can hear the clicking when activated. They are either Whelen or Sound Off.

Do not make Sig angry...he'll just keep ringing the bell.
wig wags
I did one for the chief of the PD I do work for. I used a UHF2150A flasher and a SPDT relay. Works like a champ.

I use a standard alternating flasher and 4 relays - TOTALLY disconnect the factory wiring and put a constant ground and a flashed hot to the lights. Works GREAT! Done it for 3 people with this same exact car!
