NHSP/Project 54 - Anyone with experience?

I started looking at the Project 54 stuff on the website. Looks neat, just seems like a LOT of work and mod's/custom work though. Just look thru the 100+ page install manual.

Anyone play with this?

Looks neat, and definately cleans up the cabin of the cruiser. Seems to be fairly user-friendly from the couple NJSP "in use" pictures.

They do have some competition though:

There is a west coast agency that is going thru a demo with this, and if it catches on there then this could go "big time" out west....much like P54 could out on the east coast.
