Regency XL2000

Post by OfficerBill »

As a new police officer in a small town I have been provided with a Regency XL 2000 radio for my personal vehicle. The radio is missing the power cord that goes from the radio to the power outlet (cigarette lighter). I have tried Radio shack for the correct plug in cord without sucess. Are there any suggestions as to where I can get a cord that will connect with the back of the radio?

Thank you.....

Did you try searching on yahoo or some search engine to find a distributor?

I had a similar model. It was easier to moun a new "barrell" style power conecotr on the back then get the adapter cable at RS.

Just my thoughts
