HLN1365 A / HLN1366 A DEK/spectra compatibility?

Post by kb3jkp »

on fleabay..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... eName=WDVW

the seller states " The first DEK has modes 1-8 and the model # is HLN 1365A. The second DEK has modes 8-16 and the model # is HLN 1366A" ...

are those "SPECIAL" DEKS for direct mode/zone/fleet access? or can u program them as regular deks.. I can't find ANY information either here,or on the web.. ANY and ALL help would be appreciated.. my aim is to have one dek for siren functions and the other dek as "other" functions on a spectra A9 or enhanced A7 remote mount high power.

What radios do you own?: APX / Astro 25 / Harris

just like any other DEk.

These simply came with mode buttons to emulate the old sys 90 control head functionality.

Just set what the buttons due regardless of the labels.
