Hello. I am trying to hook up my Zetron model 25 tone encoder to my GR1225 repeater. Can someone help me with the pinout please???? Thanks!

al you need it ptt, gnd, cor, michi, the gr1225 20 pin connector is the same as a maxtrac or gm300 and the pins are programmable by the rss

I think you ment to say 16 pin connector.
The Encoder would plug into the 16 pin accessory connector on the Transmit radio, if using two radios in the GR500, or the R1225 radio chassis' 16 pin accessory connector. The pins are programmed to:
Flat transmit audio input. for the encoder audio.
PTT, and ground and 12 volts to power your encoder can also be obtained from the accessory connector.
