Desperatly need codeplug for hospital dispatch GM33GMC00D2

I have a radio with corupt codeplug from our local hospital and i need urgently to programm it if anybody have this codeplug please send my

[email protected] GM33GMC00D2

This is Motorola GM300 Radio which they use for dispatch so if enybody have codeplug please help
