dualband magmount

dualband magmount

what is a good dualband(2m,70cm) magmount antenna? not oo expensive but also not terrible in performance. thanks.

I see the name Larsen frequently. Their website has lots of good info.

Ham Radio Outlet sells Larsen, Comtelco, Diamond and perhaps others.

HRO's website might be of help to you.

I'll second the Larsen. I've got one of their NMO 2/70 antennas on their circular magmount, and it works great. It's also strong, too - I once had a cardboard box fly out of a truck in front of me and skim over the roof of my truck - the antenna was so strong it actually pulled the magmount off the roof rather than breaking!
