$375 strikes me as being on the steep side, seeing as most HT1000's in good condition with a charger are going for $150-$250 on here and eBay. Unless it came with a bunch of accessories (a speakermic, extra antennas, battery elimator, etc), I'd find it a little too much, unless you absolutely have to have the DTMF capability. Even in that case, you might be able to find something for less.

New and in Mint condition sounds a bit hokey, which is it ? Is it a New In Box radio with possibly some of the manuf. warranty in effect or something that's used but in New condition ? Or one of those advertizing New and Mint referring to a Mint Radio with a New Battery ?
