What are the code option for the unity Psot light on both GM and Ford Trucks

I know u can gte them on Ford but can u on the GM

Any info will be great

On the Impala, at least, the option is SEO 7X6 for one on the driver's side and SEO 7X7 for one on both sides.

I dont know if there is an option code for GM when you order a truck. I have installed spotlights for a Chevy dealer who had an order for trucks and the spot light was part or the package deal for a public works department

On a Ford F-150, can the spotlights be post mounted (with the door notch) as an aftermarket kit, or would this aftermarket installation be a door mount only?

Yes, the spotlights can be mounted, aftermarket on the post, just like ordering from the factory. You have to make sure you get the correct brackets/templates to use, have to have to have to

I stick to door mounted spot lights for non EOM mounting. Its a lot easier than the door notch and leaves less surface area to break the paint.
