Using a CPI deskset with Quantar

What equipment is needed to use a standard tone remote with our quantar/DIU300 system.
Can we also control multilple channels with one deskset..????

If you are using the Quantar in the digital mode, you'll need to connect your tone remote to the "CONSOLE" connector on the DIU. As far as I know, all DIU's come standard with a tone remote interface there. It can be configured via the RSS for 2-wire or 4-wire operation.

The DIU is pretty versatile as far as being able to change channels, activate monitor, change analog/digital TX mode, and changing encryption keys from tone remote commands. All of these commands are programmable via the DIU RSS. Look for the "TRC" related menus.
