Commercial faceplates in plywood console

Post by mtr12222 »

I want to use Troy or another brand of faceplates in an ambulance console that is made of plywood. The existing installation is just a bunch of holes cut in a plywood panel.

What brand of faceplate would be best to mount a SYS9000, CDM1550, and BC 350 scanner?

Does anyone know what I should use as rails to mount the faceplates to?

I am in the process of installing a console that I made of plywood. I used all Troy faceplates in it.

The rails are 3/4" x 5/16" angle aluminum that I picked up at Home Depot for $4 for a 48" section.

I need to upload a few more pictures, but maybe this will help you out.
