Ok, here is my dilemma
I have a 1984 Buick century which I just got "fixed". They unhooked ALL my lights and electronics including my stereo! I am a very newbie at this and know nothing. I have time this summer but no money what so ever. I have led deck lights, wig wags and a strobe dash that will be replaced shortly. I also want to add a siren, grill led's, trunk led's, and replace my dash. I have halogens for the grills as of now but debating whether or not to use them. I don't have that much power to work off of. I have a mobile radio and a switchbox in my console. I want to take everything out and refurb it also looking towards the future of changing these things. I am startting from scratch here now, I don't even have a horn. Any ideas. Please help.

They is a local service repair shop for vehicles and IT beats me. They were to replace the alternator. They said it was a problem with the wig wag wiring so they unhooked everything. Even no horn! the wig wags were fine. They said it was the wig wags draining the battery. The car died just running by itself, not even headlights on
