Minitor III and IV Programming Question

Minitor III and IV Programming Question

A guy has a Minitor III for sale and states it is 450 to 470 which I think is to big of spread for the frequency as I have been told. But if so is there a way to easily program it up to 470 to 475? Any help is appreciated.

Should be 8 mhz 450 - 457.999 usually
