outdoor coax

What do you guys (and gals) recommend for the external jacket material on coax that will be used outside: PVC, Fluorocopolymer Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene?

thanks!

We leave it to the manufacturer's specs to tell us what the black covering will and will not stand up to.

In general, the designation "U" as in RG-8U means the jacket is
non-contaminating and will last a long, long time outdoors.

there is also coax made which is "waterproof". Supposedly, it lasts much longer outside.
