Kept myself busy the last few days on 2 2005 GMC's...

One was a rescue body I posted about earlier, and the other was heading off to have a snow plow front installed.

Here are the pics:

And before someone asks, "why is the Whelen Edge backwards on that rescue?", well they specifically asked for that to get some more work light in the rear of the vehicle... There..saved some questions...lol

let me know what you think...the two seperate departments were happy, so I guess I am happy too.

Is the center module on the Edge just two more takedowns, or is it the white strobes? If it's the strobes, you should flip it around to the front (rear).
Do not make Sig angry...he'll just keep ringing the bell.

My opinion....they are small lights, and I do not think they really have as good effective power as tir's or similiar.

I wanted alot for this truck, and like I said earlier they skimped as much as possible on this truck. It really doesnt make any sense, usually if a truck is brand spanking new, and they paid thousands for it, they usually have a small & cheap lighting system put on, so that they can afford it. In this case though I figured in a donated truck that they can splurge a little, and they didnt. But its hard in our area working on apparatus for departments who have barely any budget. I just wish I had a little more say in what goes on it.

who knows... its really hard to tell...so overall, how do you think my install job looks?

i am getting more business lately and just wanted to hear some opinions of the pro's to see what u guys thought.

Alot of people dont like the idea of such a young guy doing their lights..so I am trying to get a good reputation in the area. So far, so good...

Hey, what the customer wants is what the customer wants. Within those guidelines, all the work looks clean and professional (expecially that CVPI cleanup - yikes!). Keep up the good work!
