The output transister is mot part No.48-84411l34 (m1134)PNP acording to my sources motorola dosen't supply it any more does any body know of an equivalent

I would assume that any transistor of the proper polarity and mounting that is capable that frequency range could be made to work with a different drive and bias adjustment.

Easyist way to fix a problem with one of these is to buy compatable Micor mobile at a hamfestbone yard for $10 to $20 bucks. Wreck out the PA and change what ya need to on the new board and drop it into the Base PA frame. Been doing this for years. For me, this method works great. Hope it does for you.
