Minitor IV Programming Issues

Gents,

I'm attempting to program a Minitor IV pager with a Minitor cradle model number NYN8355B. Once I place the pager inside the crable, I get no connected indicator (red LED) from the pager RIB. I tried both Minitor III and IV pagers. Needless to say that the software fails to read. Any suggestions?

Did you put the pager into "program mode"?

For some special reason I knew you would come through with the perfect solution to my problem. :D I placed it in PROGRAMMING MODE and it read perfectly. As always I appreciate everything.
