Minitor V off-duty function

I just got the two Minitor V's I ordered in June... finally. One problem though. Our dealer could not make it do off-duty mode. For example, on the minitor II, III, & IV, you can set one of the functions for off-duty mode. Normal is A-B & A-C. Off-duty is only A-B. This didn't want to do it. It kept saying something about channel two or something, and the help file was no help at all. He spent a long time trying to make it work and it just doesn't seem to be capable.

If anyone here has made it work on a single channel model, can you enlighten me?

What version of PPS are they using? There was a known off-duty bug in 1.0.0.

He did say that when he set it up the way that made the most sense, it just wouldn't load it into the pager. Sounds like a bug to me. What is the most current version?

That's the latest firmware of the pager... It should be 2.80, otherwise M has a firmware update utility you can download to get them there.
