I have heard that it is possible to program the ABC switches as mode switches allowing for up to 48 channles, however, I would not have scan or talk around ect... Is this possible?
Thanks

On the HT1000, I believe it is 16 channels and that's it. The ABC switch has a bunch of fixed funciton groups you can select and I don't recall zone select being one of them.
What you want to do IS however possible on the MT2000 and MTS2000.

I have one of each and trust me, it's annoying! But such is the way it is.

16 channels is all the HT-100 will do... your ABC switch can be used as ex:
A=talkround -no scan, B- repeter, no scan, C repeater, scan..
OR change power levels, A= High power B Low power C= power level as written in the rss.... theres a bunch you can do with the ABC switch & the 3 side buttons... Here's a good link to look over:

http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopic.p ... 00+buttons another good one!
