Overhead mount

Overhead mount

Looking for a source for an overhead mount to hang a mobile (EFJ Summit) in a firetruck. We've seen a couple used but can't find a source.
One truck builder said they got them from Johnny Ray Sports but theirs are for radar/fishfinders and not sure they'll support an overhead.

The one we're looking for has a knob you pull to release and swivel and the knob has "T&L Prod" marked on it.

Any help????
