ASTRO NICE NiceLog Detrunked Logging Recorder

We are having some fits with our NICE NiceLog detrunked logging recorder subsystem on our MGEG through the ATIA data stream. We are having some issues with correlating our call records with the audio stored in the subsystem re: for manually patched Supergroup calls. Does anyone here have experience in this area so I could PM you with the specifics? Thanks!

We have field operations spread over many desperate areas with a ton of interagency coordination that all comes through our centralized console. It all now needs to be recorded.
