One of my old shoe style chargers for the Jedi radios may have a problem. The Red and Green LED's flash on / off about every 30 seconds. The does the same with or without a battery, and generally sits without a battery plugged in.
Any idea what the flashing means so I can take a look and fix it?

Yup, a bit funny looking. I like them though cause it takes the standard computer cord, don't have to drag around a wall wart for it. A little trivia:
the NTN7209 part# is for the base unit only (less cord). When you buy it with a cord the part# turns into NTN1168 for US and also carries parts #'s
NTN1167 and NTN1169 for offshore versions. Same base and just using different cords it can be used on 220 and 230. I've seen it referred to as a 'world charger'.
