FYI, Mother M has released new software for the m5, version 1.2.2.

Thanks for letting us know. I upgraded the firmware and software and my Min5 now works with the on/off duty.

Excellent. Anyone know what this new fangled firmware presents and if this new fangled software does anything new with it?

Other than fix the on/off duty function no, haven't found any info yet on what the changes are for either the firmware or the software.

According to the readme file:
1.1.3 - Instead of rejecting the tone which does not meet the tone spacing rule, assigning the closest tone to it.
1.2.0 - Enable ON/OFF Duty only in Sel-Cal, Silent Scan mode
1.2.2 - Fixed false alert on coding option R177

It appears the firmware makes additional changes. Perhaps TPG will pop in and comment on those...
