Visar Programming Primer

Post by chris S »

Hi,
Would anyone happen to know of a Primer that details how to set up the Scan option on a H05RDD9AA4AN Visar Handheld ?
I have the Correct Software and a Suitable RIB that programs the Channel Frequencies and Side Buttons correctly but i cannot decipher the Help Files that detail how to set up the Scan Option and how this is initiated from the Radio User Controls.
The radio is programmed with 16 channels covering Two different sections of the Band spread and i would like to have Two different Scan options, i.e. 8 Channels on one "Bank" and the other 8 on a separate bank.

I have searched but couldn't find anything specific.

Any info would be appreciated,

Regards,

I do not belevie that you can set up more that one scan bank on the convensional Visors. I have to program one this morning and will take a look at the RSS to be sure.

only one scan list can be programmed.
It is user selectable, and programmed the same as a HT1000

Enter scan program mode, by pressing and holding the scan button.
"zSC" should be displayed.
change modes as normal, green light=non-priority member, no light= not a list member.

toggle between options with the select button (middle side button)

Press scan to exit.
