Saber 1 - Extra Tones

Subject: VHF Saber I, non-secure, 5D core.

As we know, the RSS limits you to 8 tones. Considering we use one frequency for fireground with 5 tones to make 5 "channels", you can imagine that this doesn't work very well.

Using the instructions on Batlabs, I can go edit the S-records directly, but Batlabs doesn't list where the tones are stored per channel.

Without upgrading these radios to IIs or IIIs, is there any way to force the radio to have more than 8 tones?
