Need scan of Spectra Detailed Manual parts list for UHF R1+2

Subject pretty much says it all. I need a scan of the parts list page for the UHF spectra for Range 1 and 2, for the RX Front End board and the PA. The spectra service manual I have, 68P80101W33-B, does not contain information on range 1 and 2. This is the "early" manual, and all it lists is range 3 and 4. This is part of a project that I am working on trying to move a 403-433mhz to 440 ham band.
