Network ID for P25?

Is there a way to decode the 3-digit network ID of a specific site in a p25 system of the air?

I've programmed an XTS3000 in conventional mode to RX-only a system (each freq is a conventional personality), but it will not decode (break the squelch) of the ASTRO unless I hold down the "monitor" button. I'm assuming it's because I don't have the correct Network ID programmed.

Set the receive type to Digital CSQ and you won't need to decode it.
