I have a Motorola MTX8000 800Mhz B7 Model # HO1UCH6DB7AN NX
My question is,what does the NX at the end of the model number indicate?

The 'NX' is the model suffix number, probably on the same level as the 'SP' series for special purchase or something to that effect.

An order or special function that was required for a specific customer or system...My service manual does not list what the model suffix letters signify, such as options, programming, displays, channels, multi-function switches and the like, Etc....
