Motorola parts (AAD) phone # problem

Anyone have a direct # for Motorola parts ? (Used to be off the menu
on the 800-422-4210 under accessories and aftermarket parts division)
Tried 2X to call in today and after MANY menu's got people who never heard of the accessories and aftermarket parts div. :evil:

I had exactly the same problem a week ago when I tried to order something. It's like the phone number got routed to a different system. Based on my phone number (which they don't have on file), they tried to route me to some consumer (i.e. cellphone) products group.

I just hung up and kept redialing. It's their nickel. Eventually I got to the usual menu and got right to an order-taker.
