Where is a good source for Saber antennas that are resonant in the Amateur 2 meter band? I need one.

I'll put in my two cents here. Get either a low split 136-150 or go buy a 144-148 antenna from Waltel.com.
I bought a 144-148 split antenna for my MT1000 originally, then when i sold that i put that antenna on my Saber. Works great on the ham band. The Saber uses the MX style connector like the Genesis series. Waltel has a lot of different splits and lengths.
I know, i sound like a commercial for them, but i have had nothing but good dealings with them.

Duct tape is like the force, it has a dark side and a light side and it holds the universe together.

Fellas,
Thanks for the information. I'm off to Waltel to purchase
an antenna for my new Saber 3.

- What radios do you own?: Progreso soup can with CRT
antennas etc.
Victor:
The Waltel site is sort of difficult to use. Open the order form
section and then click on what you want on the left hand side
of the form.
I was just through the site today. They have lots of S3
antennas with what they call their MX base which is what
you need for the Saber.
There's nobody who's better to deal with than Waltel, IMHO.
