Maxtrac firmware or RSS, "Plus C4 2004" version?

Is there some special or new version "Plus C4 2004" Maxtrac firmware or RSS being released by Moto?
I thought RSS ver 7.02 was the latest...

Not that I've seen/heard, although that doesn't surprise me as I often find out things here first, and Motorola second. Any other details, like what it's supposed to do, & where you heard it from?
