Can someone break this down for me. I did get the model # break down from Batlabs but not able to figure the other #'s out.

AP R03.20.01, DSP I05.00.18, EMC RO1.00, Kg1-des xl, HO4KDH9PW7AN, 465AWU1055

Firmware revision, DSP revision, crypto board revision, crypto 1 type, model, serial.

I believe that's going to be a very old VSELP radio... it'll do digital, but not IMBE/P25. It is equipped with a DES-XL encryption module. Oh, and 136-174 VHF.
