Motorola Radius CP50 UHF

Is this the model that was made for Russia perhaps? I have the opportunity to purchase one. Has DTMF pad, ctcss, dcs, dtmf autopatch autodial, etc etc etc. 20 Channel
Also has users manual with it in English & Japanese.
