My Minitor IV won't store the call, it only stores the tone directly before voice comes on. Is this due to a setting, or is there something wrong with my pager? Also, is there anything I should know about the Minitor IV, as mine is new and I am new to pagers. Thanks.

That's your problem. Yes, you can get any Motorola shop that has the equipment to do it - should take a few minutes at most (if they know what they're doing).Audubon 1-1 wrote:Yes, Camden County always drops the reciever in between the tones, and the actual voice dispatch. Can I bring it to a motorola shop and have it switched?

How big is your department? Now might be a good time to consider purchasing the programming hardware so that you can maintain the units yourself. The interface and Min 4 cradle will likely run you about $150 or so. If you're maintaining several pagers, it would be cheaper in the long run.
