HT1000 Scan Light

Post by Rayjk110 »

Hello. I am programming a VHF HT1000 for a customer. (H01KDC9AA1CN-Converted 16 Ch'l)
I can read and write to the radio via RSS perfectly.

-My question is:

The customer would like to have the LED ontop of the radio light up or blink during scan to show that it is scanning. How would I setup the radio in the RSS to do this?

Thanks for any help.

What radios do you own?: CDM1550 LS+, HT1250, MCS2000

This is the Same reason i had to program my customers radio's to Scan when placed on Channel 16 , just so they would know it was on scan and didn't get bumped off like a button with no light could. Kinda sucks not having a visual indicator.

Just my opinion

Yeah I didn't think that it could be done, either. Just wanted to make sure. Thanks for the help.
