Anyone know where I can purchase a couple of these Junction Boxes used to interface Astro Base Station with RCH3000 remotes. Motorola tells me there no longer available.

They are no longer available but you can purchase their new model and connect a 3000 as long as your base station is an Astro. I will have to do some digging but I can get you the cabling/connections.
I'm sure you will be able to find some of the older boxes lying around but why settle for old when you can use the new as a digital remote. The way I understand it it will provide a better audio signal.
Are you using more than one remote. I have also hooked up the 3000 directly to an Astro using an adapter supplied by Moto. I can also get you the part number for the adapter as well.

I did not know the newest model JBox (L3030 I think) was compatible with the RCH3000. Have a six remote system that suffered a lightning hit. JBox was the only causualty. Installed the one and only spare to get back in service.
