secure key loading by R2670 communication analizer

Dear friends
I have communication analizer with secure net option. I try to load test key or loaded key to astro / specta set by using R2670 . It says key load sucssesfully but radio says ``no key``.What may be the problem.
I can load key to R2670 by KVL 3000. and comset too. How can I check
secure receiving sensitivity.

If you are loading the R2670 with a key from the KVL, you must also load the radio from the KVL. Also make sure you have the right format selected and that the radio has that format. Also remember that DVP and DVP-XL are two different formats.

Thanks. I am using same format .Problem is can not load key from analizer to radio.There is one option even we can load test key from analizer to radio .When i load from analizer ,analizer say key load sucssesfull. but no key in set

What version software is your 2670 running.
A or B Model
my A model has some hit or miss loading keys
my B works fine.

If you have a B version the current software is

Project 25/ASTRO/SNET: V6.11.H00
Trunking: V6.03.T00
Display: V01.03.00
Standard: V6.12.I00

Software upgrade is free if you have a B version

Okay some questions for you.

1) What protocol are you trying to run (DVP, DVP-XL, DVI-XL etc.)?

2) Is that protocol selected on the R2670?

3) Does the R2670 show "self test ok" when secure mode set up is selected or does it indicate "Hardware failure"?

yes I am using dvp-xl
my version is as ``bruce 1807`` (v6.12.I00)
