HI,
I am adding a 100watt amp to my repeater..does it go before or after the duplexer....or before the antenna..etc...?

it must go between the transmitter and the duplexer.

also, what type of dupexer are you using? make sure it can handle 100W.

I would definately do a LOT more research on this before you do it. If you need to ask if the amp goes before the antenna, you might not want to take this on by yourself.

i can't agree more. repeaters take a bit of know how. putting in a amp seems simple when its in a simplex system but when it comes to duplex (repeater) systems it a hole different world.

and 100 watts is a buttload to be just plugging in.
