OBT channels

Kinda curious...

Does the govn't split OBT VHF/UHF channels have a standard split? I know when it comes to the government, pretty much anything flies. +/-5 in UHF and random VHF?

(No, I am not trying to get on one...closest thing we have to trunking where I live are PL tones.)
