Help me please

I have 2 saber secure net but at first time I get it from my friend it can be work but battery are empty. I use mva to charge it and I would liketo program new fre. when I use rss to read it and change fre. whe I write it to the radio it willbe error why that? Can you help me to repair it?

If the radio battery is weak or not charged all the way up to at least 6.8 volts, then you WILL have problems programming and reading the radio.
Also, as has been descussed here noumerous times, use a FRESH BATTERY in the RIB. The 9v batterys were never designed for the type of current drain in the RIB, and crap out very easyly. Also make sure the contacts on the radio and radio to RIB cable are clean. DO NOT use ant contact cleaners or other chemicals as it will corrode the connections.
I, and many other techs, use a soft pencil eraser to clean the contacts. The eraser works very well on the battery contacts too.
